Who operates ObboPOS?
ObboPOS is operated by LZ Technologies, Kampala, Uganda. For website enquiries and privacy requests, contact support@obbopos.com.
Aggregate website measurement
We count page and signup-link requests without an analytics opt-in. We do not create analytics cookies, visitor identifiers or session histories, or collect campaign labels, IP addresses or referrers in these counters. Repeat requests count again, not as unique people. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Staff and known bots are excluded where possible. Essential form and login cookies remain separate.
Aggregate retention is 90 days, enforced by the scheduled cleanup job when deployed. Server security logs and enquiry records have separate retention rules.
Submitted enquiries and new support conversations may trigger a staff notification through ZeptoMail. New support-conversation notifications include your name, email and opening message so our team can respond. Enquiry notifications link to the private inbox. This does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Enquiry and support retention
Our approved retention policy is to retain website enquiries and support conversations for 12 months after closure, then delete or anonymise them unless a documented legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention.
This is a local preview: automated retention is not yet enabled. Before public launch, we must establish closure records, a review process and a deletion schedule, including treatment of backups and email copies. This period does not define the retention of ERP accounting records or customer testimonials.
You can contact us to request access, correction or removal of your website information, or to withdraw permission to publish your customer story. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

This local preview stores the details you submit in its own website database. Contact details and messages are available to the website administrator to respond to your request. No marketing subscription is created.
Support conversations belong to your browser session. Their messages can be viewed by authorized website superusers. Essential cookies protect forms and maintain that session. This preview does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Customer stories are not published automatically. We ask for publication consent and require review before a name, role, company and quote appear. Email addresses are not published.
Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records. Contact support@obbopos.com to request access, correction or removal. Before public launch, the operator must finalize its legal identity, retention periods, lawful basis, hosting arrangements and applicable privacy rights.
